The Erato / Resonance end user licence agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Senrama Interactive / Senrama Limited ("Senrama"), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom with its principal place of business at Kemp House 152 – 160 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, and the individual or entity using the Resonance story content and characters ("User").

1. Grant of License

1.1 Senrama hereby grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to publish content and characters on the Erato platform ("Platform"). including but not limited to text, images, and characters ("Content"), solely for the purpose of creating new characters and stories for the platform.

1.2 User may publish new works, derivative works, new characters and stories exclusively on Senrama's platform of applications and websites, including the Erato mobile application ("Platform").

1.3 Users may publish independent stories they own the rights to. You retain your rights to any content you post on Erato, but you grant Senrama and the website a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) "to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit and distribute" your content. display The licence extends to Senrama’s affiliates. When you leave Erato it retains the right to keep copies of your content on its servers.

1.4 You retain all of your ownership rights to stories you upload, but when you use the site and application you grant a limited license to Senrama and other users. That license is a "worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license (with the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, distribute prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that Content in connection with the provision of the Service and otherwise in connection with the provision of the Service and Senrama's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels". and distribute" your content. The license allows Senrama to make content available "to other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with Senrama for the syndication, broadcast, distribution or publication of such Content on other media and services".

Such additional uses by Senrama, or other companies, organizations or individuals who partner with Senrama, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content that you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available

2. Extended License

2.1 If the User wishes to publish content off-platform, the User must purchase an extended license agreement from Senrama. Inquiries regarding the extended license agreement can be made at [e-mail].

3. Brand Rights

3.1 Senrama Limited and the Erato platform retain all copyrights of the Erato brand.

3.2 Senrama Limited owns and reserves all media, IP, and trademarks connected to the Erato.

4. Monetization

4.1 Once a story is published on the Platform, Senrama retains all exploitation rights; however, Users reserve the right to monetize their profiles on the platform which includes their story content.

4.2 Published stories are exclusively associated with the profiles of individual Users.

5. Copyright & Miscellaneous

5.1 Users are prohibited from publishing existing third-party copyrighted material without permission. Any such action may render them liable for legal costs and damages arising from copyright infringement. It is the responsibility of users to ensure that they have the necessary rights or permissions before sharing copyrighted material. We disclaim any liability for the unauthorized use of copyrighted material by our users.

5.2 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Senrama and the User concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings.

5.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By uploading independent stories, story content, and characters and publishing derivative works on the platform, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
